• Agile revamp of the Health business including Product Turnaround, Claims Excellence, and Cross Sell pillars, also involving the implementation of EBAO, a new core system.
• Scrum Master of system and non-system related activities for Claims Excellence.
• Designed cross pillar processes and implemented Jira and Confluence to improve transparency and productivity, convincing the other teams to follow.
• On time delivery of MVP despite a major impact on working practices due to the 2019 Novel Coronavirus (2019-nCoV) crisis.

Motor Claims Operating Model Transformation

• Implemented Guidewire Software to revamp the end to end operating system of claims, focusing on customer experience, straight through processing, loss containment, fraud partner and vendor integration.
• One claims platorm for Singapore, India, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, Hong Kong.
• Brought to market the first release of Guidewire in AXA Asia, initially covering the Motor business.

HR Operating Model Transformation

• Lead Business Analyst tasked to migrate the highly integrated HR and Payroll system to PeopleSoft.
• Created the HR system architecture model used to streamline the HR system estate and plan the decommission of multiple sunset applications.
• Standardised processes, simplified AXA's architecture and reduced cost.

Period end Service Management

Coordinated period end IT process with Finance, owning the communication effort across the Life, Insurance and Wealth operating companies in conjunction with global IT Teams. This included period end planning, customer and supplier engagement, incident management, and in-flight incident root cause analysis/resolution.
